Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to support and maintain the growth of a wide range of mammalian cell types.
Biosera’s DMEM Low Glucose adheres to the original formulation, containing 1000 mg/L of glucose and sodium pyruvate. When supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM promotes the proliferation of mouse embryonic stem cells.
This formulation does not contain sodium bicarbonate.
