Bovine Serum Albumin Protease Free Lyophilised

Lyophilized Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) is produced using a unique heat shock technique that minimizes the use of denaturing organic solvents. Before lyophilization, the BSA is filtered through a 0.2 µm filter. Potential viruses are inactivated by heating at 65°C for 3 hours. It is free from protease.

BSA is employed as a blocking reagent in biochemical assays.
