Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is designed to support and maintain the growth of a wide range of mammalian cell types.
Biosera’s DMEM High Glucose follows the original formulation with 4500 mg/L of glucose. When supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS), DMEM supports the proliferation of cell types with high energy requirements.
This formulation is free of sodium bicarbonate and contains L-Glutamine and sodium pyruvate.
