Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is formulated to preserve and maintain the growth of a large panel of mammalian cells. When supplemented with fetal bovine serum, DMEM High Glucose is suitable for the proliferation of cells with high energy requirements.
This formulation, free of sodium pyruvate, contains stable Glutamine and 25 mM Hepes.
