Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) is designed to maintain the physiology and morphology of mammalian cells. DPBS is frequently used for rinsing cells, serving as a buffer in various chromatographic assays, and acting as a diluent in cell enumeration. It is also employed to wash cells during the dissociation process.
This product does not contain calcium or magnesium.
