DPBS is frequently used for rinsing cells and as a buffer in various chromatographic procedures or as a diluent in cell counting. It is also utilized to wash cells during the dissociation process.
This product lacks calcium and magnesium ions in its composition, ensuring that it does not inhibit trypsin activity.
