Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is formulated to preserve and maintain the growth of a large panel of mammalian cells. Supplemented with fetal bovine serum, DMEM High Glucose is suitable for the proliferation of cells with high energy requirements.
Its formulation does not contain L-Glutamine or sodium pyruvate.
